How to Use This Portal

🎥 How to Record & Embed a Loom Video into Notion

Step 1: Record your video in Loom

• Open loom.com and sign in.
• Click “Record a video” – choose Screen + Camera if you want to show your face too.
• Walk your client through how to use their portal or project space.
• Hit Stop when you're done – Loom will auto-generate a link.

Step 2: Copy the Embed Link

• On your Loom video page, click the "Share" button.

• Choose “Embed” and copy the HTML embed code.

  (Don’t worry — you won’t need to code anything!)

Step 3: Paste it into Notion

• Go to the section in Notion where you want the video.
• Type /embed and select “Embed” from the dropdown.
• Paste your Loom link (not the HTML — just the regular Loom URL like https://loom.com/share/...).
• Hit Enter — Notion will auto-load your video!

✨ That’s it! Now your client can watch the walkthrough video right inside their portal — no extra tabs or tech confusion.
